13th January. (5m.).Meet at Calton Lees car park in Chatsworth Park GR265685.
Walk to the Hunting Tower. John Sheasby to lead.

20th January. (5m.) Meet at Ford car park next to the Bridge Inn – there are road closed signs but there is access to this car park, Walk Moss Valley.........? to lead.

27th January. Meet at Birchen Edge car park next to the Robin Hood pub on the A619 road GR282722.  Walk North Chatsworth (Route 2 N.Taylor, Family walks in the Dark Peak................................? to lead.

3rd February. (4.5m.). Meet at the Bakewell Old Station. Walk Manners Wood and Haddon park. (Rout 5, Around Bakewell and Castleton, N.Taylor).............? to lead.

10th February. (4 miles or 6 miles). Meet at the National Trust car park just below the Grouse Inn on the B6054 road. Walk Stone Circle, Froggatt Edge, Curbar Edge, Calver, River Derwent and Froggatt. (Route 4, Family Walks in the Dark Peak).......? to lead.

17th February. (5.5m.) Meet on the road behind Caudwell's Mill at Rowsley GR256658. Walk Rowsley and Stanton Moor.(Route 2, N.Taylor, Around Bakewell).

24th February. (5m.). meet at the Parish Oven pub in Thorpe Salvin GR522810. Chesterfield Canal walk to see the snowdrops. Stella to lead.

3rd March. (4.5m). Meet at Over Haddon car park GR212662. Walk Over Haddon, Youlgreave and Alport, John and Pauline to lead.

10th March. (5m.) Meet at Eyam car park GR216767. Walk River Derwent and Stoney Middleton. (Brill walks in the Peak) Anne Bryant to lead.

17th March. (4.5m). Meet at Bolsterstone Church SK271968. Walk More Hall and Ewden village. (Star family Walks). Stella to lead.

7th April. (4.5m.) meet at Great Longtone on the Green GR200718. Walk Rowland, Deep Rake, Longstone Edge. (Circular walks in the Peak district). Stella to lead.

14th April. (4.5m.) meet Calver bridge and Church on the junction of A623 and B6001 roads GR172835. Walk Bubnell, Baslow Edge and Curbar.(Route 7 Around Bakewell, N.Taylor)......................? to lead.

      MEMBERSHIP of group L.

Please let me have your new membership number along with your subscription of £2.00 per person for the year.
I would like a volunteer to check and verify the cash book for 2010 please.

The list of members was almost 60 for 2010 which does include some lunch group members.
So far the greatest number to turn up for a walk has been 24 which is just about manageable on walks with fewer stiles.
I still have no wish to close membership but may have to consider this at a later date.
