Meet every Thursday at 9.50 for 10.00am start, booted up and ready to go.

15th May. (5miles). Meet at Rails Road car park off Rivelin Valley Road. GR290872
Walk Rivelin Rough, Rivelin Dam, Wymingbrook, Redmires Conduit, Sportsman pub and Rivelin Lodge. John ( B) to lead. OS Map 110.

22nd May. (5 miles). Meet at Calver Church. GR172835 at the junction of A623 and B6001. Walk Bubnell, Baslow Bridge and Bank Wood. John (S.) to lead.OS Map119.

29th May. (4 miles) Meet at Foolow village GR191768. Walk Great Hucklow, Grinlow and Foolow. Stella to lead. OS Map 119.

5th June. (6 and three quarter miles).Meet at Fox House public toilet at 10.30am. GR266802
This is a section of the round Sheffield Walk as part of the Sheffield Country Walk. Non U3A members will be walking accompanied by Ramblers Association members.
Walk Fox  House, Burbage, Stanage and Moscar. Barbara to lead.
Public transport bus 65 to Fox House. THERE IS NO BUS FROM MOSCAR UNTIL 6.45pm.
You will have to make your own transport arrangements.

19th June. (5 miles). Meet at Calton Lees car park GR259689. Walk Manners Wood, Rowsley Moor Wood, Bouns Corner and Rowsley. John and Anne to lead. OS Map 119.

26th June. (5 miles) Meet at Firbeck Church. GR563885. Walk Firbeck Letwell and Firbeck. Stella to lead. Leaflet. OS Map 120.

3rd July. (4 miles). Meet at Horsley Rise,GR192768. Main Road Holmsfield next to Penny Acres School.Walk Holmesfield Woods. Rita to lead. OS Map 110.
PICNIC food to be taken to Rita before the walk.
Picnic to follow the walk. £3.00 minimum donation to Edale Mountain Rescue will be collected from each member.Donations will also be acceptable from those members not attending.
Possible highlights- rescue dogs, rescue vehicle and Rescue Doctor may attend.

10th July. (4 miles). Meet at car park at Ashford in the Water GR127855. Walk Ashford to Monsal Head and Little Longstone. Brenda to lead. OS Map 119.

17th July. (6 miles). Meet at the public toilets next to the Pottery at Hartington. Walk Beresford Dale, Wolfscotedale and Biggin Dale. Barbara to lead. ( Parker green .Walk 18). OS Map 119.

24th July (4 and half miles). Meet at the lay by near the Rhodes pub at Barlborough. (carvery £3.50). Walk Barleborough, Spinkhill, Welldressing to view. Stella to lead.  OS Map 119.

31st July. (4 and half miles). Meet at Bolsterstone Church.  GR272968.Walk past More Hall Reservoir. Cath and Ann to lead, (The Star Family Walks). OS Map 110.
