	Note 1:	If you're planning to join a walk and find you're going to be delayed getting to the meeting point by 10.00, let the Walk Leader know ASAP
	Note 2:	If a walk is cancelled (due to weather conditions) the Walk Leader will inform Anne by 8-45 Anne will then activate the telephone tree with an alternative
	Note 3:	The walking programme could be altered at any time in which case an     e mail will be sent to all the names registered therefore - if you haven't been on the walks before it could be worth ringing the leader
