Sheffield U3A Travel Group AGM and Art Competition 2009
The Travel Group AGM was held on Thursday 12 March at Holy Trinity Church Hall,
Millhouses.
 During the meeting Ken Parkin was presented with Life Membership of Sheffield U3A by
Chairman Joan Keogh, in recognition of his service to SU3A and in particular his service for the past ten years as Treasurer of the Travel Group. It is
estimated that Ken was responsible for over £1,100,000 of income and expenditure during this period.
 Shirley Marney (Travel Group
Chairman) also presented Audrey Parkin with a bouquet of flowers
for her support to the Travel Group Committee during this time.
